Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Accessories such as earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theurbansisters.com or call +961 3 988 772 with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please double-check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us.
