All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer delivery across Lebanon and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Local orders (within Lebanon): Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days
  • International orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs

Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
